Refund Policy

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable notes and PDFs are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased download, contact us within 48 hours at refunds@bookshelf.in. We will either resolve the issue or provide a replacement download link at no additional cost.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, contact us within 7 days with proof of both transactions and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate.
Unauthorized Purchases
If you notice an unauthorized charge from BookShelf, contact us immediately at refunds@bookshelf.in. We will investigate and, where verified, issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.
How to Request
Email refunds@bookshelf.in with your order ID, email address, and reason for the request. We respond within 1-2 business days.
